The Full Story
Hi, I'm Danielle! I founded Friendeavor out of the desire to help people create and sustain friendships.
In my 27 years of life, I have seen a lot of friendships rise and fall, come and go, both in my own life and in other people's lives and I have seen what you want to have in a friendship and what you don't want to have in a friendship. I am taking all of these observations and experiences and focusing them into one platform: Friendeavor.
Here's the deal though: I'm no expert. What works for one person may very well not work for another. But I am confident that if you stick around, you'll see something that applies to your situation.
So how did Friendeavor come to be? Well it all started with my group of friends.....
The four of us met back in 2012, but didn’t really start hanging out until 2013. My little sister and I were new to the area and didn’t have that many friends.
My lovely mother bought us tickets to a corn maze and told us we could invite a couple of friends if we wanted. We asked a couple of friends, but they couldn’t make it.
So we asked the other 2 instead (yes, technically they were our second choice and we’ll never live that down)…launching us into a CRAZY night and an adventurous last 9 years!
The short version of that insane night was that the corn maze ended up being for children (we were literally taller than the corn) and now we teenagers, spanning in ages 13-17, had no plans for our Friday night. What else can you do but call your mom?
She told us she was heading into a play and if we hurried we could make in time, causing us to race across town and crash my parents’ date night!
Basically, I've been living life with these incredible people for some years now and they have inspired me in more ways than I can count. What we have learned in growing together is bound to help someone else.
Friendship is a journey, it is an endeavor. I'll see you on Friendeavor!
